|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
For online orders, we accept most credit and debit cards including American Express. If you are shopping from anywhere outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to the appropriate currency.
You may also make your order via phone, fax, snail mail or email.
When you receive confirmation of an order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling|
Orders are always dispatched using Royal Mail, either first class for domestic, or the most appropriate equivalent for international orders.
Please note that, though we are happy to deliver internationally, the postage costs may sometimes be higher than you might expect. Please check the shipping prices (which will appear automatically on your shopping cart) before commiting to the purchase.
We deliver your order as soon as possible. We will send out most orders within two business days. International orders are also generally despatched within two business days, but their arrival times will vary.
If different types of items are ordered (e.g. a CD and a book) then the items may be dispatched at the same time, but separately, and therefore may arrive at different times.
|Credit Card Security|
Your security is our priority. When your order is placed, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and are passed directly to the payment processor. We never receive them, see them or have access to them.
Hypnotherapy is not 100% effective in all cases, therefore we cannot offer guarantees. Where you have a legitimate cause for concern we will readily refund your order or, if appropriate, offer you a credit.
If you are having hypnotherapy with one of our trainers or coaches, we will establish early on whether hypnotherapy is useful to you and will always terminate the sessions - without obligation to you - if it is not.
